以N-乙基-N-(3'-磺酸基苄基)苯胺和甲醛为原料进行缩合反应,生成的隐色体在催化剂的作用下用过氧化镁氧化,氧化产物继续与N,N-二乙基苯胺进行二次缩合反应,经盐析干燥后得到酸性青莲4BNS。
A leucobase was synthesized from N-ethyl-N- (3'-sulfobenzyl) aniline and formaldehyde by condensation, and then oxidized by magnesium peroxide in the presence of catalyst. Acid Violet 4BNS was obtained from the oxidation products and N, N-diethylaniline by second condensation, salting out, and drying.
