摘要
以活性炭作为载体,制备出应用高级氧化技术的非均相催化剂复合物Fe/AC催化剂,采用X射线衍射对其进行了表征。结合过硫酸氢钾和过碳酸钠两种氧化剂催化氧化对RhB脱色处理进行研究,通过对催化剂投加量、氧化剂投加量和pH等影响因素的考察确定最佳条件,并根据自由基捕捉实验考察验证反应中自由基的种类。结果表明,45℃时,催化剂投加量为0.9g/L,SPC投加量为0.15mmol/L,PMS投加量为1.0g/L,溶液pH为初始值,反应2h后,0.1g/L RhB的脱色率可达到90%。
A new heterogeneous catalyst was synthesized using activated carbon as the load body by advanced oxidation technology and characterized by XRD.The catalyst was used to degrade RhB with potassium monopersulfate triple salt(PMS)and sodium percarbonate(SPC)two kinds of oxidants together.The optimum conditions were determined by detecting catalyst amount,oxidant dosage and pH.Free radical types were determined by free radical capture experiments.The results showed the decolourization rate of 0.1g/L RhB could reach to 90% with 0.9g/L catalyst,0.15m mol/L SPC and 1.0g/L PMS at initial pH for 2h at 45 ℃.
