大麻杆纤维素醚浆料的制备及其在浆纱上的应用 被引量:1

摘要 为了替代不降解聚乙烯醇(PVA)浆料,以农业废弃物大麻秆为研究原料制备大麻秆纤维素醚——羟丙基甲基纤维素,将其和特定淀粉混合制备浆料,对涤棉混纺纱T/C65/35 14.7tex上浆并测试其上浆性能。羟丙基甲基纤维素最优生产工艺为:碱液质量分数35%;碱纤维素的压榨比2.4;羟丙基化温度50℃、甲基化温度75℃各维持2h;氯甲烷与环氧丙烷的液体体积比为7∶3;异丙醇为稀释剂;真空,反应压力为2.0 MPa。羟丙基甲基纤维素和特定淀粉混合配制的浆料,其COD较小,较具有环保性,且各项浆纱指标均可以替代PVA浆料。 Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC)was prepared by enormous agro wastes to replace polluting PVA with the hemp pole cellulose ether.The polyester cotton blended yarn T/C65/3514.7tex was sizing with HPMC and specific starch mixing,and its sizing property was studied.The optimal production technology of HPMC were as follows:NaOH concentration of 35%,squeeze ratio of alkali cellulose of 2.4,hydroxypropylation and methoxylation temperature of 50 and 75 ℃,and every stage time of 2h,ratio between methyl chloride and epoxy propane of 7∶3,isopropanol as the reaction diluent,in vacuum environment,reaction pressure of 2.0MPa.The result indicated that the mixed sizing of HPMC and specific starch is much environmental protection because of its lower COD,so it could replace PVA in sizing.
