建立志愿小组提升大学生性别平等意识的实践探索——基于云南高校性别平等促进小组的经验

A Study on the Volunteers Group of University Students for Gender Equality Awareness Enhancement on Campus——Based on the Practice in Yunnan Universities

为了推动高校性别平等教育,云南高校性别平等促进小组作为学生志愿小组应运而生。小组两年多的实践积累了一些成功经验:与云南省妇联等部门合作,为小组活动创设了有利条件;以大学生需求为导向的活动设计,是小组成功的必要基础;注重理论学习,是小组成功的重要推手;开展戏剧演出,是小组成功的核心因素。在此经验的基础上也提出了一些反思与问题,例如大学生志愿小组的可持续性需要加强,大学生志愿小组的内部构架亟待完善,本地大学生组织的合作网络有待建立等。

Aiming to promote gender equality culture in the colleges and universities, Yunnan University Student Union for Gender Quality Promotion was established as a student voluntary group. Based on practice of the group in more than two years, this paper summarizes some successful experience as following： firstly, cooperation with the organization such as the Women＇s Federation can offer the positive condition for the group activities; secondly, the demands-oriented activity is the necessary foundation of the group success; thirdly, theory learning is helpful for the members＇ awareness enhancement; lastly, drama play is the key factor for the group success. At the same time, there are some problems and reflections, for example, the sustainability of the student voluntary group needs to be paid attention to; the proper internal structure needs to be explored and the local network of university organizations needs to be established.
