旅游精准扶贫是精准扶贫理念在旅游扶贫领域的具体应用,但目前在以家户为单位进行的贫困数据统计和扶贫绩效评估中,忽视了女性个体权益,扶贫绩效评估指标的不健全也使得女性的其他权利在扶贫中没有得到相应的提高。为了提高旅游扶贫的性别精准度,在宏观层面,需分性别进行贫困数据统计,并建立扶贫绩效评估指标,关注不同性别脱贫的成效,做到性别上的精准扶贫;在微观的经济操作层面,需融入性别视角,让更多的女性参与到旅游经济发展的产业链条中;在金融层面,应加大农村妇女小额贷款力度,力推精准扶贫中的性别瞄准;在抵御经济风险层面,应成立女性专业合作社,实现女性互助脱贫。

Therefore, in order to improve the accuracy of poverty alleviation through tourism, the government should establish gender-disaggregated data and evaluation indicators in the macro-system, and pay attention to different measures to reduce poverty. At the micro-level, the government should consider gender interests and give women more opportunities to participate in the tourism industry chain： At the financial level, the government should increase micro-credit for the rural women and pay more attention on gender need. In terms of economic risk. the establishment of women＇ s professional cooperatives can help women help each other so as to escape poverty. Only in this way, we can truly achieve the purpose of targeted poverty alleviation among women.
