铁路综合选线是一项涉及多专业、多学科的总体性工作,综合考虑工程可实施性、安全性、可靠性、经济性,结合环境敏感点分布、重大不良地质、地形和水文条件、工程条件、地方规划等控制和影响因素,按照环保选线、地质选线、安全选线、综合开发选线等选线原则开展综合选线工作,通过技术经济、工程条件等综合比选,最终选出技术可行、经济合理、各方取得最大共识的方案。综合选线思路对区域内其他高速铁路选线具有较大的参考价值。

Con- sidering the engineering implementation, safety, reliability and economy, the paper combined with the controlled and in- fluenced factors such as environmental sensitive distribution, major adverse geology, topography and hydrological conditions, engineering conditions and local planning, in accordance with environmental protection alignment, geological alignment, safety alignment, comprehensive development and alignment principle to carry out a comprehensive alignment, through comprehensive comparison of technical and economic conditions, and engineering conditions, it finally selected the scheme with feasible and economical, as well as reached the parties＇ consensus. The comprehensive alignment ideas could offer great reference value for other regional high-speed railway lines.
