摘要
结合优化原则和BIM模拟技术,对机房的管道、设备进行参数和布局优化,实现机房实用、美观、大空间的效果;对顶棚管线进行专业内参数、系统优化和专业间管线布局的优化,实现管线排列有序、施工有序和节约成本等目的;依据管井、(保温)管外径、管间距、阀部件等尺寸对管道进行定位,满足管井安装、检修和美观等要求。
Combined with optimization principles and BIM simulation technology, parameters and layout of piping and equipment are optimized in the machine room, so as to achieve practical room with the effects of beauty and large space. The pipeline parameters and system are optimized within each profession and the pipeline layout is optimized in the ceiling to achieve orderly pipeline, sequential construction, cost saving and other purposes. The pipeline is located in the position according to dimensions of the tube, (insulation) pipe diameter, pipe spacing, valve parts and so on, so as to meet the tube installation, maintenance and aesthetic requirements.
