摘要
依托上海轨道交通17号线20座悬拼节段梁桥的节段梁预制工程实践,介绍了异形变截面节段梁的短线匹配预制方法、节段梁的梁场规划布置、变截面节段梁生产质量控制要点等,节段拼装梁不仅适用于等截面箱梁,同样适用于异形变截面梁,对类似工程有一定的借鉴意义。
： The paper is based on the precast project of the 20 segmental beam bridges in Shanghai Rail Transit Line 17. It introduces how to precast the special variable cross-section segmental beam by short-line method, and the planning of the beam yard＇ s layout, as well as the points of controlling the quality. It could be used as a reference for similar projects. Segmental beam is both suitable for uniform box beam and variable cross-section beam.
