随着国内对工业原料和能源需求的扩大,长江对长三角一带原材料输送和重工业发展所承载的战略意义越显重要。为适应当今港口快速作业需求,解决传统检验模式中出现的通关速度慢、出证周期长、检验工作效率低等问题,提出并实施舟山港与长江口岸分港卸货联合检验模式。
