玻璃纤维复合材料与铝合金叠层低损伤制孔工艺参数研究 被引量:7

Research on Low Damage Drilling Process Parameters of Glass-Fiber Composite and Aluminum Alloy Stacks

摘要 玻璃纤维复合材料铝合金叠层制孔容易产生毛刺、分层和撕裂缺陷。本文对典型叠层进行了钻孔试验,采用正交试验分析了刀具类型、主轴转速、进给量和刀具顶角参数对钻孔质量的影响。结果表明采用适当的工艺参数可降低制孔损伤。 The glass-fiber composite and aluminum alloy stacks drilling is prone to burrs, layered and torn. The factors of different tools, cutting speed, feed rate and tool apex for the drilling quality were analyzed. It can reduce drilling damage by appropriate process parameters.
