摘要
在分析TC11钛合金薄壁零件在生产过程中加工难点以及存在的问题基础上,提出了以轴向定位夹紧加工内螺纹及外形的方法,解决了此类钛合金薄壁零件因变形造成的尺寸不合格问题。该方法经实践证明,保证了零件的加工质量,完全满足生产实际的需要,质量稳定、可靠,可为类似零件的加工提供参考。
Based on analyzing the existing problems in the course of machining thin wall parts in TC11 titanium alloy, this paper introduces the methods of machining inside thread and profiles by axial positioning and clamping, which solves defective parts from distortion in titanium alloy. The methods can meet actual requirements and ensure precision in practice, and the part quality is stable, in addition, it can provide a reference for other part machining.
