造釉细胞牙瘤临床病理分析

ANALYSIS OF CLINICAL PATHOLOGY OF AMELOBLASTIC ODONTOMA

本文报道了3例少见的造釉细胞牙瘤。此病的病理表现为肿瘤内即含有混合性牙瘤,又含有造釉细胞瘤的成分。临床上无特异性,常易误诊为牙瘤。病理上需与含有牙齿硬组织的肿物相鉴别。

Three cases of rare ameloblastic odontoma are repored in this paper. Bothmixed odontoma and element of ameloblastoma were observed in this lesion. Thelesion was often misdiagnosed as odontoma in clinic, because of no specialpathological features. It showld be distinguished with the tumor containing dentalhard tissue.
