填埋气产气模型的探索与应用

摘要 从生活垃圾填埋气发电的实际案例出发,采用Scholl Canyon模型,得到原填埋场及新建填埋场的填埋气产量预测数据,2014年填埋气总产气量和可收集量均为最大,分别为3603m^3/h和2538m^3/h。综合考虑今后系统运行的负荷波动,实际可利用填埋气量为1800m^3/h,发电机组生产运营期的平均负荷为1.79MW。以生产力利用率考察盈亏平衡点,按发电机组生产运营期的平均负荷1.79MW、年运行7500h,即年发电量1341×10~4kW·h考虑,结果表明,当达到计算生产能力的85.95%时,即年发电量为1153×10~4kW·h时,项目可以做到盈亏平衡。为进一步验证该模型,经收集得到2016年度原填埋场及新建填埋场的填埋气产量,总产气量及收集量与模型预测结果接近。可见,该模型具有一定实用性及普遍适用性。 Based on the actual cases of domestic waste landfill gas power generation,Scholl Canyon model is used to predict the landfill gas production of the existing landfill and the new landfill.Both the total gas production and recoverable amount of landfill gas hit the highest in 2014,3603m3/h and 2538m3/h respective- ly.Considering the load fluctuation during system operation in the future,the actual available landfill gas is 1800ma/h and the average load of generator set during operation is 1.79MW.Break-even point is obtained us- ing the productivity utilization rate.Based on the 1.79MW average load of generator set during operation and the 7500 annual operation hours,the annual power generation is 13.41 million kWh.The results show that breakeven can be achieved when the annual power generation 'reaches 11.53 million kWh,i.e.85.95% of the calculated production capacity.In order to further validate the model,the landfill gas production of the existing landfill and the new landfill in 2016 are collected,and the total gas production and recovered amount are close to the predicted results.Therefore ,this model is a practical and extensively applicable.
