布地奈德联合六君子汤治疗溃疡性结直肠炎的临床疗效

Clinical Therapeutic Effects of on Ulcerative Colitis Treated with Budesonide and Liujunzi Decoction

目的探讨布地奈德联合六君子汤加减治疗溃疡性结直肠炎(UC)的临床疗效。方法选择2014年5月-2015年5月我院收治的UC患者98例,采用随机数字表法按1∶1比例将患者随机分为治疗组(49例)和对照组(49例)。两组均给予纠正电解质、水紊乱等常规对症治疗,对照组给予布地奈德灌肠治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服六君子汤加减,治疗4周后评价临床疗效。观察比较两组患者不良反应情况及治疗前后Mayo评分和健康调查量表积分(包括:躯体疼痛、生理职能、生理功能、活力、总体健康、情感职能、社会功能、情感健康)。结果治疗组总有效率为93.88%,显著高于对照组的75.51%(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后Mayo评分和躯体疼痛、生理职能、生理功能、活力、总体健康、情感职能、社会功能、情感健康、总积分较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率为4.08%,显著低于对照组的16.32%(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合六君子汤可有效改善UC患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effects of on ulcerative colitis treated with budesonide and liujunzi decoction. Methods From May 2014 through to May 2015,98 patients of ulcerative colitis were collected and randomized into a treatment group（ 49 cases） and a control group（ 49 cases） at the ratio of 1 to 1. The routine symptomatic treatment was given in the two groups,such as rectifying electrolyte and water metabolism. In the control group,the enema with budesonide was given. In the treatment group,beside the treatment as the control group,the modified liujunzi decoction was added. The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated in 4 weeks of treatment. The adverse reactions,Mayo score and health assessment questionnaire score（ including somatic pain,physiological function,total health condition,affection and social ability） were observed in the two groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 93. 88%in the treatment group,significantly higher than 75. 51% in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Mayo scores and the scores of somatic pain,physiological function,total health condition,affection and social ability） as well as the total score after treatment were all reduced remarkably as compared with those before treatment in the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The score reducing in the treatment group was significant as compared with the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 4. 08%,lower significantly than 16. 32% in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The combined treatment of budesonide and liujunzi decoction effectively relieves the clinical symptoms of ulcerative colitis and improves the living quality of the patient. It achieves the significant therapeutic effects and deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
