远指(趾)关节黏液囊肿18例的手术治疗

Surgical treatment of 18 cases with distal interphalangeal joint mucous cyst

目的总结指间关节黏液囊肿18例的手术治疗效果。方法远指(趾)关节黏液囊肿患者18例,采用手术完整切除囊肿和邻近带蒂轴型皮瓣修复术治疗。结果 18例中,17例术后切口一期愈合;术区感染1例,换药10d后创面逐渐愈合。随访0.5~2年,均无复发。结论手术切除加皮瓣修复方案治疗远指(趾)关节黏液囊肿疗效确切。

Objective To summarize the outcomes of surgical treatment of distal interphalangeal joint mucous cyst in 18 patients.Methods The surgical resection and pedicle axis skin flap repairing were performed in 18 patients with distal interphalangeal joint mucous cyst.The patients were followed up for 6 months to two years.Results The skin flaps were well and all the incisions were primary healing in 17 cases.Only one case had an infection in the operative area,which was healed after dressing change.No relapse was observed in all patients during follow up.Conclusion The surgical resection and repairing with pedicle axis skin flap are quite effective for treating the distal interphalangeal joint mucous cyst.
