手术配合路径表在颅内动脉瘤夹闭术中的应用评价

Application evaluation of surgery cooperation path table on intracranial aneurysmal operation

目的 研究手术配合路径表在颅内动脉瘤夹闭手术配合中的应用效果.方法 选取2014年5月-2016年5月于该院接受颅内动脉瘤夹闭患者66例,随机分为观察组和对照组各33例,其中观察组在术中设置护理路径表,要求护士通过模拟演示、提问和自学相结合,熟练掌握手术配合护理路径后再进行配合.对照组按照传统凭经验或咨询高年资护士配合手术.结果 观察组与对照组护士在手术配合熟练程度、紧张度及医生满意度3方面比较,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.01）.结论 动脉瘤夹闭手术配合中设置详细的路径表不但有利于护士掌握手术步骤和配合要点,提高配合的主动性,还可以缓解护士内心的压力,提高手术医生的满意度.

Objective To study the application effect of surgery cooperation path table on intracranial aneurys-mal operation. Methods A total of 66 patients that received intracranial aneurysmal operation in this hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected. They were divided into observation group and control group （ 33 cases each ） , of which nursing path table was set in the operation of observation group. In addition, nurses were requested to have a good command of surgery cooperation nursing path to have further cooperation through the combination of simulation and demonstration, questioning and self-study. Control group had surgery cooperation according to the traditional experience or by consulting senior nurses. Results With regard to the comparisons on surgery cooperation proficiency, tension level and doctor＇s satisfactory degree, the difference of the observation group and the control group had statistical signifi-cance （ P〈0. 01 ） . Conclusions The detailed path table set in the cooperation of intracranial aneurysmal operation is not only beneficial for nurses to grasp surgical procedures and cooperation points, improve the proactivity, it can also relieve the inner stress of nurses and improve the satisfaction degree of operative doctors.
