典型民族地区流动人口状况及特征比较——基于内蒙古自治区的研究

Situation and Comparison of Characteristics of the Floating Population in Typical Minority Nationality Areas——A Study of the Population in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

人口迁移流动是人口发展变动过程中的一项重要内容。研究发现:内蒙古跨自治区流出与流入人口规模相当、分布相似;内蒙古流动人口以区内流动为主,集中在主要城市;内蒙古人口流动参与度低于全国平均水平,内蒙古汉族、蒙古族流动人口特征具有明显区别。当前应该充分认识少数民族人口流动的特殊性,鼓励和支持有条件的少数民族人口参与到人口流动的大潮中去。

Migration is an important component in population development and change. This study concludes that the immigration population and the emigration population of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are of the same scale and distribution;the main destination of the floating population is inside Inner Mongolia,concentrated in major cities; the size of migration population in Inner Mongolia is smaller than that of other provinces,with Mongolian migration population and Han migration population having distinctive features. Now it is of great importance to fully recognize the particularity of the migration population of minority nationalities and encourage and support a bigger population to participate in the migration tide.
