Argumentation and Reflection on Priority of Rawls' Sense of Justice

罗尔斯认为,正义感在个体欲求系统中的优先性是其道德心理发展的结果。在这一过程中,个体逐渐将正义原则的外在约束转化为内在欲求,由此获得了一种"无条件"的正义感。个体"无条件"的正义感是社会化的结果,是相对的和衍生的。

Rawls thinks that the priority of sense of justice in the system of personal desires is the result of its moral psychology development. In this process,the individual gradually turns the external constraint of the principle of justice into the internal desire,thus obtaining a kind of ＂ unconditional＂ sense of justice. The individual ＂ unconditional＂ sense of justice,being relative and derivative,is the result of socialization.
