摘要
面对物流市场的激烈竞争,加强对物流大客户的管理,是铁路提高物流市场占有率,推进现代物流建设的重要途径。在阐述物流大客户管理现状的基础上,从信任、价值和机制等方面,分析了影响铁路物流大客户管理的因素,提出通过客户分类管理、完善组织模式、差异化营销和加强核心能力建设等途径加强大客户管理的建议。
Facing the fierce competition in the logistics market and strengthening the management of logistics customers are important ways to improve the market share of the logistics market and promote the construction of modem logistics. Based on the analysis of the status of logistics large customer management, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the management of railway logistics major customer from trust, value and mechanism, and puts forward suggestions to strengthen the management of large customer through customer classification management, perfect organization mode, differential marketing and strengthen core capacity building and so on.
