摘要
大规模光伏并网的规划方案能否满足电压约束,由电网和控制系统联合决定,方案形成必须进行控制系统仿真以验证是否满足规划需求。因此,本文结合配网电压控制领域最新的理论成果,设计并研发了基于.NET平台的含大量光伏配电网的电压控制仿真分析系统,为大量光伏并网规划时电压控制系统的选择提供辅助分析。该系统在Microsoft Visual Studio 2010集成开发环境下,通过嵌入地理信息系统(GIS)组件MapX完成了系统的开发。最后用改进的IEEE33-69案例验证了仿真系统的科学性和实用性。
Whether a grid-connected planning scheme of large-scale photovoltaics can satisfy the voltage constraint or not is determined by both the power network and the control system, and the scheme must be verified whether the control system can meet the planning requirements through system simulation or not. Therefore, in this paper, by combining with the latest theoretical results of distribution voltage con- trol for distribution network, a voltage control simulation system based on. NET platform of distribution network con- taining a large number of photovoltaic power sources is de- signed and developed, which provides supplementary analy- sis for planning decision-making of voltage control. The sys- tem is developed in Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 platform integrated with the GIS plug-in component MapX. In the end, a modified IEEE33-69 case is used to validate the feasi- bility of the proposed simulation system.
