Intra-abdominal pregnancy is rare and affects approximately 1 in 10,000 births.It occurs in 1.4% ofectopic pregnancies and carries a mortality rate of 5.1/1000 cases,7.7 times higher compared with nonabdominal ectopic pregnancies.This study aimed to present a case of a live 14-week primary hepatic ectopic pregnancy diagnosed using ultrasound,computed tomography (CT),and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and managed using laparoscopic microsurgery.
