摘要
鉴于航天发动机对试验设备关键零部件有高强度,低变形量的试验要求,以某试验设备的关键部件作为研究对象,在对其强度和变形量的研究分析基础上,结合设计经验,优化改进组件的不足之处,从而确定了该部件的最终方案,并对该种设备后续系列化的设计提供指导依据。
Aerospace engine on the test equipment key components have high strength, low deformation of the test requirements. Taking the key components of a test equipment as the research object.Based on the analysis of its strength and deformation, combined with the design experience, we optimize the shortcomings of the improved components, and thus determine the final program of the component. Moreover, the scheme provides guidance for the subsequent serialization design.
