摘要
论文给出了一种锂电池供电的电动工具用无刷直流电机设计方法。研究了这类电机的定子铁心尺寸、绕组匝数、导线直径、永磁体牌号尺寸等主要结构参数的计算。给出了简洁而实用的计算顺序,校核了电机的堵转扭矩,并给出了一个工程样机的设计案例。最后对工程样机进行了测试,给出了实测结果,证明了设计方法的正确性。
Design method of the brushless dc motor used for lithium battery electric tools was presented. The calculation of main structure parameters was studied,such as the core size,the winding circle number,the wire diameter,the Permanent magnet type and size,and so on. Concise and practical calculation sequence was presented. The locked-rotor torque of the motor was checked,and an engineering prototype design case was given. Finally ,the designed engineering prototype was tested,and the measured results were given. The results show that the design method is correct.
