中一精锻余热回收系统工艺及经济性分析

摘要 论文对中一精锻生产线扩建项目中工艺循环水的余热回收系统进行了分析,其兼具了节能和环保的作用。工艺循环水可回收余热并不能满足供热负荷要求,因此,设计了一400m3蓄水池,利用当地丰富的9~11℃地下水资源,提供补充热源以满足供暖需要。设计的余热回收系统不仅满足工艺冷却水温度要求,并且实现了利用回收余热进行供暖的目的。在最冷天-30℃情况下,厂区车间温度不低于10℃。经初步核算,余热回收系统项目需投资330万,预期项目投资回收期3.4年,项目启用每年可节约1750t标煤。 In this paper,the waste heat recovery system of circulating water in the expansion project of ZhongYi forging line is analyzed, which has the effect of energy saving and environmental protection. Recycling waste heat of circulating water can't meet with the require- ments of the heating loads, therefore, a 400m3 pool is designed,using the local rich groundwater resources of 9 - 11℃,to provide supplemen- tary heat source in order to meet heating need. The design of the waste heat recovery system not only meets the temperature requirements of the cooling process water,but also realizes the purpose of heating by recycling waste heat. Under the condition of the -30℃ ,the factory workshop temperature is not less than 10℃. According to the preliminary accounting,the project of the waste heat recovery system needs to invest 3.3 million yuan,and the project investment recovery period will be 3.4 years,and the project will be able to save 1750t coal per year.
