摘要
飞机热模压类零件一般都较为复杂,其加工难度大,制造精度高,严重制约了我国航空制造技术的发展,如何提高其飞机热模压零件的加工制造技术已成为现阶段亟待解决的关键问题之一。为此,笔者从零件的加工工艺的制定、定位装夹方式的选择、刀具的选择、切削参数的优化、加工变形问题的解决方法这几个主要方面给出了自己的建议,以期为我国的航空制造技术发展提供一定的技术参考。
The hot pressing parts are generally complex,the difficulty of processing,high manufacturing precision,which seriously restrict the development of China's aviation manufacturing technology,how to improve the manufacturing technology of its aircraft heat molding parts has become one of the key problems in the present stage. Therefore,the author from the parts of the processing technology development, positioning and clamping method selection ,tool selection, cutting parameters optimization, the machining deformation of the solution to the problem of the main aspects of this gives his own advice,in order to provide a technical reference for China's aviation manufacturing technology development.
