摘要
针对煤化工高盐废水处理难题,分析了高盐废水处理技术现状,梳理了不同专利技术的工艺特征、处理效果和应用进展;探讨了高盐废水洗煤、高盐废水和结晶盐掺烧固化处置以及结晶盐作为制碱原料盐等煤化工高盐废水和结晶盐综合利用新路径,并对煤化工高盐废水处理给出了建议:一方面要加快高盐废水分质结晶技术开发与应用,另外还要加强煤化工高盐废水副产结晶盐产品标准研究。
This paper introduces the difficulty in treating with high-salinity wastewater from the coal chemical industry and analyzes the present situation of high salt wastewater treatment technologies. The characteristics,treatment effects and application progress of various patented technologies are reviewed. This paper also discusses the new comprehensive utilization ways for high-salinity wastewater and concerning crystallized salt,including that high-salinity wastewater is used as make-up water in coal washery,high-salinity wastewater and concerning crystallized salt are burned together to solidify,and the crystallized salt is used as raw materials for production of soda. As for the high-salinity wastewater treatment,it is proposed to accelerate the development and industrial application of the high-salinity wastewater fractional crystallization technology and strengthen research and formulation of product standards for the crystallized salt,a byproduct from the treatment of high-salinity wastewater in the coal chemical industry.
