长余辉荧光材料合成及其应用于建筑装饰涂料的性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过溶胶凝胶法制备Ca_2MgSi_2O_7∶Eu,Dy长余辉荧光材料,利用X射线衍射、荧光分光光度计和光色性能测试仪对荧光材料的晶型结构、发光性能、余辉时间进行了表征,同时以荧光材料和醇酸树脂为原料制备建筑装饰用长余辉荧光涂料并评价其应用性能。通过研究发现荧光材料在紫光和可见光区具有宽谱激发与发射特性,激发峰值为389 nm,发射峰值为518 nm,其晶格结构与标准卡相匹配,同时在Eu/Dy=1/2时获得的荧光材料具有最优的余辉时间,达到10 h;涂料的荧光强度和黏度与荧光材料质量分数成正比,其中荧光强度增幅逐渐降低,吸水率与质量分数成反比,有利于提高涂料的耐久性,所制备的Ca_2MgSi_2O_7∶Eu,Dy长余辉荧光材料及相应的涂料具有一定的应用价值。 Ca2MgSi2O7∶Eu,Dy long afterglow fluorescent material is prepared by the sol-gel method,its crystal structure,luminescence property and afterglow time are characterized by X ray diffraction,fluorescence spectrophotometer and photochromic performance detector.Then the long afterglow fluorescent coatings used in architectural decoration are prepared by using the prepared fluorescent material and alkyd resin as raw materials,and their application performance is evaluated.The results show that this fluorescent material has properties of wide excitation and emission spectrum in the regions of ultraviolet and visible light,the excitation peak is at 389 nm and the emission peak is at 518 nm. The lattice structure matches well with the standard card,and the long afterglow fluorescent material with the concentration ratio between Eu and Dy being 1 ∶2 has the optimal afterglow time,reaching 10 h.Both the fluorescence intensity and viscosity of coatings are proportional to the mass concentration of fluorescent material,of which,the growth of fluorescence intensity decreases gradually with increase of content od fluorescent material. The water absorption rate of coatings is inversely proportional to the content of fluorescent material,which is conducive to improve the durability of the coatings. The prepared Ca2MgSi2O7∶Eu,Dy long afterglow fluorescent material and the corresponding fluorescent coatings have a certain application value.
