摘要
将酸性离子液体1-丁基磺酸-3-甲基咪唑对甲苯磺酸盐([(CH2)4SO3HMIm]TS)分别通过凝胶包埋、浸渍、嫁接的方法固定到层析Si O2上,考察其催化合成二甘醇二苯甲酸酯(DEDB)的效果。研究发现凝胶包埋法制备的催化剂NJ-4.0效果最好。通过实验确定了最佳工艺条件为:反应温度为165℃,反应时间为4 h,n(苯甲酸)∶n(二甘醇)=2.2∶1(二甘醇为0.1 mol),催化剂NJ-4.0质量为二甘醇质量的8%,该条件下合成DEDB的产率为86.2%。
Acid ionic liquid 1-butylsulfonate-3-methyl imidazole p-tosylate( [( CH2)4 SO3 HMIm] TS) is immobilized on the chromatography SiO2 by sol-gel,impregnation and grafting methods respectively. Its catalytic performance in the synthesis of diethylene glycol dibenzoate( DEBD) is investigated.The results indicate that the catalyst NJ-4. 0 prepared by sol-gel method shows the best catalytic efficiency. The optimized synthetic conditions for DEDB are gained through experiments as follows: reaction temperature is at 165℃,reaction time lasts for 4 h,n( benzoic acid) ∶ n( diethylene glycol) = 2. 2 ∶1,the mass ratio of catalyst NJ-4. 0 to diethylene glycol is 8 wt%.Under the optimal conditions,the yield of DEDB can reach 86. 2%.
