摘要 采用前期控制性浸出废FCC催化剂复活结构研究中的工艺条件及参数,所制备的复活催化剂中Ni的质量分数为2 800μg/g,V为1 000μg/g,Fe为1 600μg/g;金属Ni的脱出率为37.8%,V为72.2%;Fe为87.1%。复活催化剂的比表面积、微孔、介孔体积提高了1倍左右,接近新鲜催化剂的比表面积和孔体积。复活催化剂的催化性能在重油微反装置上进行了测试,与废催化剂比较微反活性提高了6.46%,轻油的收率提高了13.93%,重油降低了5.55%,产品分布良好。不足之处是焦炭量略有升高。 The structures of the regenerated exhaust FCC catalyst are controlled through optimizing the technological conditions and parameters.The mass content of Ni,V and Fe in the regenerated catalyst is 2 800,1 000 and 1 600 ppm,respectively.And the extraction efficiency of Ni,V and Fe from exhaust FCC catalyst is 37. 8%,72. 2%,and 87. 1%,respectively.The specific surface area,micropore and mesopore volume of the regenerated catalyst all increase by around1 times than exhaust one,which is close to that of fresh catalyst. The catalytic performance of the regenerated catalyst is evaluated over the heavy oil micro-reactor,and the results show that its micro reactive activity increases 6. 46% than that before regeneration,the yield of light oil increases by 13. 93%,the yield of heavy oil decreases by 5. 55%. The product composition distributes well.The shortage is that the yield amount of coke increases.
