Preparation and optical property investigation of CdSe/CdS quantum dots

摘要 采用有机金属液相合成法制备的油溶性Cd Se/Cd S量子点在538 nm处发射荧光。考察了不同反应时间、反应温度等因素对Cd Se/Cd S量子点荧光强度的影响,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、荧光分光光度计(FL)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(IR)等对其进行表征,考察其晶体结构及荧光性能。结果表明,随着反应时间的增大,量子点发射峰逐渐红移,随着反应温度的升高,量子点荧光强度逐渐增大。该方法合成的量子点操作相对简单、易于控制,且合成的量子点晶型稳定,荧光性能较好,抗光漂白能力强。 The oil-soluble CdSe/CdS quantum dots prepared by the organic metal liquid phase synthesis method emit fluorescence at 538 nm.The effects of different reaction time and reaction temperature on the fluorescence intensity of CdSe/CdS quantum dots are studied.It is characterized by X-ray diffraction( XRD),fluorescence spectroscopy( FL)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( IR) etc. Its crystal structure and fluorescence properties are also investigated.The results show that with the extension of reaction time,the emission peak of quantum dots shifts gradually.With the increase of reaction temperature,the fluorescence intensity of quantum dots increases gradually. This synthesis method for quantum dots is relatively simple and easy to control,and the prepared quantum dots have stable crystal,good fluorescence performance and strong anti-bleaching ability.
