深度烧伤创面愈后的康复治疗 被引量：20

摘要 随着烧伤治疗技术的不断提高,大面积烧伤或重度烧伤患者治愈率相应提高,遗留的瘢痕问题也越来越多。烧伤治疗的目的不能狭义地理解为创面愈合和保全生命,对烧伤治疗概念的理解应包括早期救治和后期康复两方面,最终最大限度地改善外观与恢复功能。烧伤康复是一项复杂而长期的系统工程,需要极大的耐心及爱心,采用持之以恒的综合治疗手段,使患者容貌恢复,功能康复,尽快回归社会,被社会接纳。深度烧伤往往损伤严重,关节等部位功能受到影响,其他部位美观受损,
