摘要
基于原料纯度的提高,对工业氯化钾直接蒸发浓缩结晶进行了实验研究,探索氯化钾晶体和母液杂质富集的规律。实验结果表明,直接蒸发结晶能制得食用级氯化钾,且当母液中的杂质含量约为28 g/L时,可视为蒸发结晶的终点。实验为工程应用提供了一定的数据基础。
Based on the improvement of raw material purity, evaporating crystallization of in- dustrial potassium chloride has been studied in order to explore the law of impurity aggregation of potassium chloride crystal and mother liquor. The result showed that edible potassium chloride could be prepared by evaporating crystallization. As the impurity content in the mother liquor is about 28g/L, it can be regarded as the end point of the evaporation crystallization. The experiment pro- vided data for engineering application.
