摘要
考察了生石灰添加量、反应时间、卤水pH值以及絮凝剂聚合氯化铁的添加量对深度去除卤水中微量硅元素的影响。实验表明,当生石灰添加量在1 g/L^1.5 g/L,搅拌反应时间为2 h,pH值在11.5左右,聚合氯化铁添加量在2 mg/L^3 mg/L之间时,除硅效果最佳,硅可以由3.2 mg/L降至0.5 mg/L或以下,硅元素去除率在85%左右。该方法可以为卤水深度净化、生产高品质液体盐提供重要参考。
The effect of added unslacked lime, reaction time, value of pH and inorganic flocculant on silicon element removal was investigated. Result revealed that when unslacked lime adding mount was 1 g/L ~ 1.5 g/L, stirring time was 2 hour, pH was adjusted to about 11.5, poly - ferric chloride was added to 2 mg/L - 3 mg/L, silicon element could be decreased from 3.2 to 0.5 mg,/L. The removal rate of silicon from brine could be as high as 85%. The method provided important reference for deep brine purification and high quality liquid salt.
