天然富硒小球藻片的毒理安全性评价研究

摘要 文章对天然富硒小球藻片进行毒理安全性评价。依据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003年版)进行急性经口毒性试验、Ames试验、骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验和30 d喂养试验。得出结论在此研究条件下,天然富硒小球藻片是安全的。 To evaluate the toxicological safety of natural selenium - enriched Chlorella. Methods : Acute oral toxicity test, Ames test, micronucleus test of marrow cells, sperm abnormality test of mice and 30 - day feeding test, according to Inspection and Assessment Standard for Health Food(2003). Results: Under the condition of this study, it is safe to take the natural Chlorella en- riched tablets. Control group was fed with vegetable oil), and the test period was 30 d. conclusion: For the above - mentioned method of this study, it is safety to natural selenium - enriched Chlo- rella.
