基于主成分分析法开展种公牦牛选种工作

Selecting of Yak Bulls precisely by principal components analysis

本文基于主成分分析法筛选种公牦牛,提高对样本个体筛选的精确性,为后续育种工作提供科学依据。对西藏六个不同地方的牦牛群体展开了体尺体重测量,对不同群体进行了方差分析,隶属于桑日县的牦牛群体较其他群体在体尺体重上较优秀(P<001);其后,对76个样本进行了主成分分析,将体高(X1)、体斜长(X2)、胸围(X3)、管围(X4)和体重(X5)降维,由新变量体格因子Z1和运动因子Z2对整个数据样本解释,并对样本进行预测,筛选出体格因子较优的36号、37号和38号样本,以及运动因子较优的4号和58号样本。

The present study was conducted to improve selection of Yak Bull breeding by using principal components analysis. Yak groupsfrom six different districts in Tibet were measured in body weight and body size. The yak group in Sangri County is better than the othergroups in the weight and body size（P〈0 01）. Dimensions were reduced from height（X1）, body length（X2）, bust（X3）, tube circum-ference（X4） and weight（X5） to physique character（Z1） and sport character（Z2） with the method principal components analysis. The36 th, 37 th and 38 th samples were better than the others in physique character and the 4 th and 58 th samples were better than the others insport character.
