免疫RNA诱生多能集落刺激因子的研究

摘要 以小鼠骨髓细胞在半固体培养基形成集落和细胞形态学为指标,检测白细胞介素-3(IL-3)活性,并对抗菌i-RNA诱生IL-3的作用进行了初步探索。结果表明:抗菌i-RNA致敏鼠骨髓细胞在半固体培养基上能形成集落,其骨髓相呈增加活跃,粒细胞单核细胞明显增加。粗提IL-3致敏骨髓细胞与抗菌i-RNA致敏骨髓细胞相似。正常RNA致敏鼠骨髓细胞与正常骨髓细胞相似。 Colony stimulating factor assay and Wright-Giemsa double staining wererespectively applied to study the activity of IL-3 and the charater of i-RNAin inducing IL-3. The results showed that the bone marrow cell of micesensitized by i-RNA against bacteria could form colonies in semisolid cultureand showed significant hypercellularity, especially granulocytes and monocytesincreased apparently which was similar to the bone marrow cells of micesensitized by IL-3. These phenomenon were not observed in the bone marrowcells of mice sensitized by normal RNA similar to normal bone marrow cell.
