摘要
结合铁路供电安全检测监测系统(6C系统)中红外热像测温装置的应用场景,分析红外热像测温的基本原理及影响因素。依据相关标准及计量规程,针对供电专业应用特点,选取测温准确性、稳定性、一致性这3项指标作为测温性能评定项目。通过实验室及现场测试,印证了评定方法的可用性以及开展评定工作的必要性。
The Article generalizes the application scenarios of the infrared thermal imaging temperature measuring device of the railway power supply safety monitoring system (the 6C system) . It analyses the basic principles and intlueneing factors of infrared thermal imaging temperature measurement. Combining the relevant standards and measurement regulations, with a view to the application characteristics in power supply, it selects sut:h three indicators as the accuracy, stability and consistency in temperature measurement as the items for Ihe temperature measurement performance evaluation. By means of lab experiments and field tests, it proves the availability of the evaluation method and the necessity to conduct the evaluation.
