酚醛泡沫防火保温人造板连续热压机设计分析

摘要 随着我国经济的不断发展,对建筑保温材料的性能要求也不断提高,阻燃、高效、安全、轻质且成本低廉的隔热保温材料成为了发展的必然趋势,酚醛泡沫防火保温人造板应运而生。酚醛泡沫防火保温人造板最突出的特点是燃点高、低烟、隔热性能远比其他人造板高抗。随着大量新房建设、旧房改造、家居及办公用品的更新换代,我国酚醛泡沫防火保温人造板市场拥有着非常大的发展空间。连续热压机是酚醛泡沫防火保温人造板生产中最关键的设备,它的性能直接影响着酚醛泡沫防火保温人造板的生产,因此,对连续热压机的深入设计研究是十分必要的。本文设计了一种用于酚醛泡沫防火保温人造板的高效连续热压机。 With the continuous development of China^s economy, the performance of building insulation materials have been im-proved, flame retardant, high efficiency and safety, light weight and low cost of insulation material has become the inevitable trend of development, phenolic foam insulation board came into being. The most prominent feature of phenolic foam fireproof insulation board is high ignition temperature, low smoke and heat insulation performance, which is much higher than other man-made boards. With a large number of new house construction, old house transformation, home and office supplies upgrading, our country phenolic foam fire prevention and insulation board market has a very big space for development. Continuous hot press is the most important equipment of phenolic foam fire insulation in wood-based panel production, which directly influences the performance of phenolic foam fire insulation board production, therefore, in-depth study on the design of the continuous hot press is very necessary. In this paper, an efficient continuous hot press for phenolic foam fire protection and insulation board is designed.
