摘要
提出长白落叶松木纤维细胞组织微观结构图,对其进行统计分析,从而建立木纤维细胞组织的数学虚拟检验模型,借助计算机模拟技术实现动态演示过程,以定量地动态模拟木纤维细胞组织在在实际切削过程中细胞变化的过程,通过虚拟现实技术来确定木纤维加工过程中的工艺参数。
In the wood industry, when we studied the fiber into micron-composition, we should set up the mathematic model. At the same time, we should utilized related profession such as wood science, computer simulation, computer graphics , sensor tech-nique and cross much kinds of technology. That will establish a fictitious message environment in the many- dimensions for us to study. In the study on micron-composition of the fiber, by means of the statistical analysis that adjust the hundreds of Larix olgensis Henry cell picture, established the concrete mathematical model of Larix olgensis Henry cell. Applying computer graphics technical, we put forward the rule that in three-dimensions to establish the simulated micron-composition of the fiber organization, and simu-late the alternating process that the cell was cutting. We will simulate all kinds of likelihood to study the different parameter worked on the fiber quality. By means of these simulations, we will get the best process technology parameter formulation.
