响应面法超声辅助提取黄姜花挥发油及其化学成分分析 被引量:1

摘要 研究黄姜花挥发油成分提取工艺和分离、分析方法,为其在食品药品行业的进一步开发利用提供科学依据.采用响应面法优化黄姜花挥发油水蒸气蒸馏法的提取工艺及气—质联用技术研究其化学成分.优化提取工艺参数为,浸提时间6 h,超声60 min,料液比1∶9.67,预测挥发油得率为6.02(mg/g),平行实验3次,平均挥发油得率为5.91(mg/g),RSD为1.83%.气—质联用技术对黄姜花挥发油进行分离得到28个化合物,并鉴定出其中18个化合物,占总化合物的86.75%.本研究提取的黄姜花挥发油中大多数成分属于倍半萜化合物,其中含量最大的是β-石竹烯(37.74%)和橙花叔醇(13.37%),这为以β-石竹烯为指标成分评价不同品种姜花挥发油作为食品、医药、化妆品行业重要原料提供了参考依据. To study the extraction and separation process and also the analysis method of the essential oil components of Heychium Flavum Roxb, the paper is going to provide a scientific basis for the further devel- opment and utilization of it in food and drug industries. The extraction technique of the essential oil of Hedychium Flavum Roxb by steam distillation is optimized by using response surface methodology and GC/MS technique is sued for analysis of its components. The optimized parameters of extraction process are: soaking time is 6 h,ultrasonic time is 60 min,and the ratio of solid to liquid is 1 -9.67.Under this condi-tion, the predicted value of volatile oil yield is 6.02% and the actual value of volatile oil yield is 5.91% , so the RSD is 1.83% . 18 chemical compounds are isolated and identified by GC-MS among 28 compounds through the separation of the essential oil components of Heychium Flavum Roxb by GC-MS, which account for 86.75% of the total compounds. Most components of the essential oil are sesquiterpenoids, and the larg-est amount substance contained in them are β- caiyophyllene(37.74%) , and Nerolidol( 13.37%) . This provides a reference basis for the evaluation of different varieties of ginger essential oil as important raw materials in food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries by using [3 -caiyophyllene as an index compo-nent.
