摘要 为研究灵芝泡腾片的最佳制备工艺,以灵芝提取物为原料,通过单因素试验与响应面分析法结合来筛选原辅料的最佳配比,采用酸碱分别制粒后,以混合压片的方法制备灵芝泡腾片.实验确定的最佳原辅料配比为,灵芝提取物3%、泡腾崩解剂33%、稀释剂53%、PEG 6000 4.5%、茶多酚5%、可可壳1.5%.结果表明,本实验建立的制备工艺方便可行,所得泡腾片口感风味较好,且经过质量检查色泽均匀、重量差异、崩解时限符合规定. The paper is going to study the optimum preparation technology of Ganoderma effervescent ta-bles. Ganoderma lucidum extract is used as raw material. The best ratio of raw and auxiliary materials is de-cided by single factor and response surface analysis method. Ganoderma effervescent tablets are prepared by mixed tabletting after separate acid and alkali granulation. The results demonstrate that the ratio of raw and auxiliary materials is as follows : Ganoderma extract 3 % , effervescent disintegrant 33 % , diluent 53 % , PEG 6000 4.5 % , tea polyphenols 5 % and cocoa husk pigment 1.5 % . It's concluded that the preparation pro-cess of this experiment is convenient and feasible. The effervescent tablets have better flavor and taste bet-ter. The quality test shows that the color is even.The weight difference and disintegration time conform to the regulation.
