摘要
本文介绍了一种采用磁开关的行波管灯丝电源,并对其工作原理进行了论述。磁开关是在具有矩形磁滞回线的环形磁芯上绕制线圈而成。当它工作在励磁状态下,磁导率和感抗都非常大,阻碍信号通过,类似于关断。而当它工作在饱和状态下时,则相当于一根导线,信号可以无损通过,类似于导通。通过对关断期间的磁芯复位程度进行控制,可以方便且经济地实现PWM脉宽调节。将这种控制方式,用于多路输出的开关电源中的二次稳压调节时,有利于实现开关电源的小型化。本文将其用于真空管发射机的灯丝电源控制,并经实验证明其简单且可靠。
Afilament power supplyfor TWTs based on magnetic amplifiers is introduced in this paper.The magnetic amplifier is made by winding a coilon an annular magnetic core which has a rectangular hysteresis loop.When the magnetic amplifierworks in excitation condition,the permeability and impedance are very high,which blocks the signal transmission,similar to turn-off.While in saturationcondition,the magnetic amplifier is equivalent to a wire,the signal can pass throughwithout loss,similar to turn-on.The pulse width modulation can be realized conveniently and economically by controllingthe reset degree of the core during the low cycle.When used in secondary regulation in multiple output,the control mode is propitious to realize switching power supplyminiaturization.This mode is used to control the filament power supplyfor TWTs,and it is proved to be simple and reliable by the experiment.
