Determination of hydrogen content of hafnium by inert gas fusion infrared method

摘要 使用LECO-NH836氮氢分析仪,采用惰性气氛熔融试样,红外法检测铪中氢含量.选择1.00 g镍篮作为铪中氢释放的助熔剂,研究不同分析功率对氢含量分析值的影响,选择分析功率为5 000 W,最短分析时间为60 s,试样质量为0.10 g,验证了钛标准物质的适用性.对2组试样11次平行测定结果的RSD分别为5.64%和1.52%,精密度良好.加标回收率为95.18%~105.26%.研究结果对准确测定铪中氢含量具有指导意义. Using LECO-NH836 nitrogen-hydrogen analyzer, the sample was melted in an inert atmosphere,and the content of hydrogen in hafnium was detected by the infrared method. By choosing 1.00 g nickel basket as the flux of hydrogen release in hafnium, the influence of different analytical powers on the hydrogen content analysis was studied. The analysis power of 5 000 W, the shortest analysis time of 60 s, and the sample mass of 0.10 g were selected to verify the applicability of titanium reference materials.The RSDs of 11 replicates of the two samples were 5.64 % and 1.52 %, respectively, with good precision.The spiked recoveries ranged from 95.18 % to 105.26 %. The result of the study is instructive for the accurate determination of hydrogen in hafnium.
