摘要
为测定银翘散对禽流感病毒(AIV)的抑制作用,将不同浓度的银翘散煎煮液分别与H9、H5亚型AIV在体外混合作用30 min后,接种SPF鸡胚,测定鸡胚的死亡率及尿囊液中AIV的血凝价,并采用RTPCR法对1 g/mL试验组鸡胚进行H9N2病毒检测。结果表明,药物浓度在0.2500 g/mL及以上时,H9N2试验组鸡胚存活率为100%,病毒血凝价为零,药物浓度为1 g/mL时,RT-PCR检测无目的条带出现;药物浓度在0.5000 g/mL及以上时,H5N1试验组鸡胚存活率为100%,病毒血凝价为零。因此,银翘散煎煮液在体外对禽流感病毒具有明显的抑制作用。
In order to determine the inhibitory effect of Yinqiao San on avian influenza virus( AIV),its different concentrations of decoction were respectively mixed with H9 and H5 subtype of AIV in vitro for 30 minutes,and then inoculated SPF chick embryos. The mortality of chick embryo and the hemagglutination titer of AIV were determined,and the H9 N2 virus in chicken embryo was tested by RT-PCR. The results showed that the embryo survival rate was 100% in the H9 N2 test group and the hemagglutination was 0 when the drug concentration was ≥0. 2500 g/mL. The aimless bands were detected by RT-PCR when the drug concentration was 1. 0000 g/mL. When the drug concentration was ≥0. 5 g/mL,the survival rate of H5 N1 test group was 100%,and the hemagglutination titer was 0. Therefore,Yinqiao San decoction has obvious inhibitory effect on avian influenza virus in vitro.
