菌糠固态发酵法培养多粘类芽孢杆菌SH15的工艺 被引量:5

摘要 为提高水稻恶苗病生防菌多粘类芽孢杆菌SH15的固态发酵水平,以农业副产物——菌糠为主要培养基成分,以活菌数及芽孢数为指标,通过单因素试验及响应面试验对菌株SH15的最适工艺进行优化。结果表明,菌株SH15最适工艺:菌糠20 g、麸皮8 g、初始含水量60.75%、硫酸锰0.50%、发酵温度33.21℃、发酵时间144 h。在此条件下,发酵基质中多粘类芽孢杆菌SH15的活菌数、芽孢数、芽孢率分别为5.02×10~9cfu/g、4.61×10~9cfu/g、91.8%。此工艺为该菌株的工业化生产提供了一定理论依据。 Paenibacillus polymyxa SH15 is a biocontrol strain against Fusarium moniliforme. In order to improve its solid fermentation level,the optimum technology was optimized by using single factor analysis and response surface experiment. The medium was mainly mushroom bran,and the bacteria and spore yields were used as indicators. The results showed that the optimal technology for SH15 was 20 g of mushroom bran,8 g of wheat bran,60. 75% of initial water content,0. 50% of manganese sulfate,and fermented at 33. 21℃ for 144 hours. Under these conditions,the living bacteria number,the number of spores and spore rates in Paenibacillus polymyxa SH15 fermentation substrate were 5. 02 × 10~9 cfu/g,4. 61 × 10~9 cfu/g and 91. 8%.
