衢州应急测绘体系建设思考

Thoughts on Construction of Emergency Surveying and Mapping in Quzhou

测绘与地理信息技术已成为突发事件施救工作的先决技术因素,特别是快速灵活的无人机、超站仪等现代化测绘设备的出现进一步提升了应急测绘在应对突发事件中的作用,本文通过对衢州地区地质状况、气候环境及当前应急测绘建设所发挥的作用着手分析,结合浙江省应急测绘发展现状,从指挥体系、人才队伍、技术发展、基础设施等方面提出衢州应急测绘体系建设的必要性和建设思路,思考衢州应急测绘建设体系关键点。

Surveying,mapping and geoinformation technology has become the prerequisite technical factors for emergency rescue.Emergency mapping support is playing a increasingly important role in dealing with emergency,particularly,with the emergence and development of modern mapping equipment,such as the flexible and agile unmanned aerial vehicle and smartstation.Based on the analysis of geological oddity,climatic environment and the role which emergency mapping construction has played in quzhou area,combined with the recent development of emergency mapping in zhejiang province,this paper has put forward the necessity and suggestions and way of building emergency mapping support system of quzhou,also talked about the key point for the construction of mapping support system in quzhou area,from the aspects of command structure,talent team,technological development and infrastructure and so on.
