江西省农村山塘水污染状况及形成机理研究

Study on rural hill ponds water pollution situation and its mechanism in Jiangxi Province

依据相关理论构建了农村山塘水污染形成机理模型,采用结构方程模型方法对该模型进行了验证,并对结果进行了分析。结果显示:(1)政府部门监管不力是导致农村山塘污染的最重要原因,资源投入不足、环保意识薄弱是农村山塘水污染形成的关键;(2)政府部门监管会通过资源投入和环境保护意识影响利益相关主体的山塘污染治理行为,进而影响山塘水污染水平,山塘污染企业的管理者或个体户社会资本在政府监管与资源投入间起着重要的中介作用;(3)山塘水污染利益相关者文化水平低下也是导致农村山塘水污染状况严重的重要原因。

There is a close relation between rural ponds and rural residents9 production or life. The survey showed that the situation of rural hill ponds water pollution wasn51 very optimistic in Jiangxi Province. In order to explore the reasons,ac-cording to relevant theory, we constructed the model of formation mechanism of the rural ponds water pollution, inspected and modified this model by structure equation model method, and analyzed the result. The results showed ： （ 1） The lack of government supervision is the most important cause of rural hill ponds water pollution, insufficient resources and weak awareness of environmental protection is the key factor that causes Jiangxi rural hill ponds water pollution; （2） The govern-ment supervision will affect stakeholders9 pollution control behavior through resources investment and environmental protec-tion consciousness, and then affect the level of rural ponds water pollution, and the social capital of pollution organization ＊ s management played an important intermediary role between government supervision and resources investment; （ 3） The low culture level of stakeholders of rural hill ponds is also an important cause of their serious water pollution.
