摘要
采用粉末冶金工艺制备的铝基碳化硼中子吸收板,经过400℃、8 000 h长期加热处理后,观察了热老化处理后样品表面状态,测试了厚度、密度、力学性能、B4C质量分数、10B同位素含量、10B面密度及微观组织,并与热老化处理前进行了对比,热老化处理后样品表面没有出现裂纹、气孔、鼓泡等现象,抗拉强度、延伸率略有增加,其他各项性能指标与热老化处理前几乎无变化。
Al/B_4C neutron absorber materials were subjected to elevated temperature testing at 400 ℃ in an air atmosphere for 8 000 hours. The thickness,density,mechanical properties,B_4C composition,boron-10 content,boron-10 areal density and microstructure were studied. The results showed that after the long term elevated temperature the coupons had no crack,pore,bubble. There was a slightly increase in tensile strength and elongation. There had no change of density,B_4C composition,boron-10 content,boron-10 areal density and microstructure.
