布地奈德鼻喷雾剂对鼻窦炎患者鼻部症状的改善作用

IMPROVEMENT EFFECTS OF BUDESONIDE NASAL SPRAY ON NASAL SYMPTOMS OF PATIENTS WITH SINUSITIS

目的:探讨布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗鼻窦炎对患者鼻部症状的改善作用。方法:182例鼻窦炎患者随机分为两组,每组91例。对照组给予甲泼尼龙治疗,观察组应用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗,两组均治疗7d。比较治疗后两组患者鼻部症状评分、生活质量评分及不良反应情况。结果:观察组患者治疗后各鼻部症状评分、不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者治疗后生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗鼻窦炎,能够明显改善患者的鼻部症状,提高患者生活质量,且不良反应较少、药物安全性高。

Objective： To investigate the improvement effects of Budesonide Nasal Spray on nasal symptoms of patients with sinusitis. Methods： 182 patients with sinusitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 91 patients in each group. The patients in control group were treated with methylprednisolone for 7 days; and the patients in observation group were treated with Budesonide Nasal Spray for 7 days. The nasal symptoms score, life quality score and adverse reactions of patients in 2 groups after treatment were compared. Results： The nasal symptoms score after treatment and incidence of adverse reactions of patients in observation group were obviously lower than control group（P 〈0.05）, while the life quality score of patients in observation group was obviously higher（P〈 0.05）. Conclusions： Treating sinusitis with Budesonide Nasal Spray can obviously improve the nasal symptoms and the quality life of patients; and Budesonide Nasal Spray has less adverse reactions, high drug safety.
