密闭式负压换药在胸外科伤口护理中的应用

摘要 目的:观察密闭式负压护理在胸外科伤口护理中的应用效果。方法:将100例胸外科手术患者随机分成观察组与对照组各50例,对照组患者视个体情况给予新型伤口敷料湿性换药,观察组患者给予密闭式负压伤口换药护理。对比分析两组患者伤口愈合时间、舒适度视觉模拟评分(VAS)和护理满意度。结果:观察组伤口愈合时间明显较对照组缩短[(17.35±4.72)d vs(21.16±4.67)d,P<0.05];观察组舒适度VAS评分明显高于对照组[(6.32±1.13)分vs(4.76±1.38)分,P<0.05];观察组护理满意率明显高于对照组(98%vs 86%,P<0.05)。结论:密闭式负压护理能明显缩短胸外科手术伤口愈合时间,增加舒适度和提高护理满意度。
